Recipe Thursday

This recipe is so easy to assemble.
Southwest Chicken
4-5 boneless chicken breasts
1 can black beans
1 jar salsa
1 can corn

Place the chicken breast in the bottom of crock pot.
Pour 1/2 the jar of salsa over.
Pour the cans of beans and corn.
Cook on lo-med for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 4.
Can top w/ cheddar cheese.
