A new Save-A-Lot opened in my small town today, and, of course, I went and checked it out.
My first mistake was I didn't realize that I needed to bring my own bags!
O well, I'll TRY to remember the next time.
They did have some good deals:
Bagged Salad mix $.89
All Pepsi/Mountain Dew/Dr. Pepper 12 packs $1.99
Cooks ham shank portion $.79/lb
Milk $2.39 a gallon
Other than that, it's a nice store, very similar to Aldis.
