I had planned on buying the Palmolive, but they were out of stock.
So, I bought the Clariol instead in order to use the entire $10 ECB.

Yes, buy 3 cards, get $3 ECB. Look at the section of $.99 cards for the best value.

Tracey, What I'm finding from other blogs is that in some areas the limit is 5. Unfortunately, in my area, the limit is one.
