Yes, it's true. The only coupons in the paper this weekend are the Proctor & Gamble ones. There's still good coupons there, but just don't buy a bundle of papers expecting Smart Source and Red Plum inserts. You can still go to the Smart Source webpage and other internet coupon printing sites.
