Well, my trip didn't go exactly as planned..but it usually doesn't. So, I had to improvise. The store I went to only had 6 Snuggles left, which brought my subtotal to $18. I needed to get to $25 so I could use the $5/$25. Well, the other problem was my coupon binder was in the other car!! So, here's how I managed:
6 Snuggle $3
1 Fiddle Faddle $1
1 Del Monte ketchup $1
1 Moon Pie $1
1 Nasal spray $2
1 Menthol rub $2
I used the $5/$25 and then six $3 Snuggle coupons. I paid $2 plus $1.65 tax = $3.65.
I just got some filler items that I either needed or looked good (who doesn't like Fiddle Faddle or Moon Pies??).
