Kroger Pump Perks

I saw a special segment on the new program Krogers is starting tomorrow giving consumers up to $1 off a gallon of gasoline. The only problem (and the BIG problem) is that to actually get $1 off, you must spend at least a $1000 in groceries. Basically, the discount is for every $100 you spend, you get $.10 off a gallon up to $1 off per gallon. Now I don't know about you, but to spend more just to save off gas kinda defeats the purpose! Anyway, it's a nice effort by Krogers to help the economy.
