No Angel Soft!!

I was really hoping to get free toilet paper this week at Kroger's, but we did not get the $.50 off Angel Soft coupons. I don't know why yet....I know that sometimes coupons vary by region. Does anyone have a better explanation for it??

I didn't get the coupon either in TN but read a post from a blogger in TX that did get it.

I too was hoping for more free tp.
