I went to CVS today...I like to go on Saturdays because, at my store anyway, I can shop 2 weeks of ads.
#1 Transaction:
2 Maybelline mineral makeup $9.99 each
5 local papers w/ coupon inserts
Used $4.50 ECBs, $2/$10 CVS makeup cpn, $4/$20 purchase.
oop = $12.65, but I got $10 in ECBs from the makeup & COUPONS (3 inserts per paper!)
Total savings $10.50.
#2 Transaction:
4 Pepsi 12 pks. $12
2 Pepsi 2 liters
2 Lays chips
Used $10 ECBs from above & $3/15 purchase.
oop = $7.61, and got $10 ECBs from the Pepsi/Frito Lay.
Total savings $23.92
Also, this purchase will qualify for the Pepsi/Frito Lay promotion.
