A Common Question Answered

I get questioned about double coupons and why do some coupons double and others don't. The only real explanation that I have found to hold true is: "If the upc on the coupon starts w/the number 5, it will double." Most coupons in the inserts do begin w/a 5, and will double. But, be careful of the blinkie and peelie coupons. They usually start w/ a 9, and don't double.
